Supported: PDF, CSV, JPG, PNG, manual entryWe identify every marker
ClearUp recognises over 80 common blood markers — from the standard full blood count through to specialist panels covering thyroid, hormones, vitamins, minerals, and inflammatory markers. Each is matched to its evidence-based reference range.
80+ markers supported across all standard panelsWe explain what it means — for you
Rather than showing a generic 'normal / abnormal' flag, ClearUp contextualises each result for your age, sex, and any conditions you've noted. You get a plain-English explanation of what each number means and why it matters.
Context-adjusted for age, sex, and lifestyleYou receive your action plan
Based on your specific combination of results, ClearUp generates a personalised nutrition plan, a 7-day meal planner, and a supplement protocol where appropriate — all grounded in peer-reviewed nutritional science.
Personalised plan ready within secondsWhat you get inside each plan
Each feature is built around your specific results — nothing generic, nothing irrelevant.

Common questions
Is ClearUp a medical service?
No. ClearUp Health is an educational tool that helps you understand your blood results and supports lifestyle changes. It is not a diagnostic service and does not replace medical advice. If your results suggest a clinical concern, we will always recommend speaking to your GP.
How accurate is the analysis?
Our reference ranges are drawn from NHS guidelines, NICE standards, and published nutritional research. We review them regularly. That said, optimal ranges can vary by individual — ClearUp is a starting point for understanding, not a substitute for clinical assessment.
What blood tests work with ClearUp?
Any standard blood test. We support NHS results, Medichecks, Blue Horizon, Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, Eurofins, and any other lab that produces a standard panel. If your lab uses unusual marker names, our matching system handles most variations.
How long does it take to get my plan?
Under two minutes from upload. The analysis runs the moment you submit your results, and your full plan — explanation, nutrition guide, and supplement protocol — is ready immediately.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. Your blood results are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
